Terms

The terms you agree to when you order: who you are contracting with, how a sale is made, and the limits of what we sell.

Updated 16 September 2026Draft, not yet reviewed

Who you are contracting with

This site is operated by [legal entity name — to confirm], at [mailing address — to confirm]. When you place an order, your contract is with that company. Reach us at [support email — to confirm].

Using the site means these terms apply to you. If you do not accept them, do not order.

Ordering and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email that follows is a receipt for that offer, not our acceptance of it. The contract is made when we email you to say the order has shipped, and it covers only the items in that email.

Until then we can decline an order. We do that rarely, and only for a reason: the item has sold out, the price was wrong, we cannot ship to your address, or the payment did not clear. If we decline after taking payment, we refund it in full.

Prices and mistakes

Prices are shown in [store currency — to confirm] and include [tax treatment on displayed prices — to confirm]. Shipping is added at checkout. Import duty is not included; the shipping page covers it.

We check prices, but errors happen. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price and you order it, we do not have to sell it at that price. We email you first, tell you the real price, and you choose whether to continue or get a full refund. We never silently charge you the difference.

Availability

Stock counts can lag reality by a few minutes. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we email you with a date or a refund, and you decide.

Specifications can change when a supplier revises a part. The figures on a product page are the ones we hold ourselves to, and a figure we have not measured ourselves is marked as such.

What we sell, and what we do not

PepCrate sells storage and transport equipment and the consumables that go with it: zip cases, foam inserts, travel coolers, gel packs, bacteriostatic water, alcohol prep pads and vial caps. That is the whole of it.

We do not sell, supply, source or broker any drug, peptide, hormone or medicine, and we do not advise on one. Nothing on this site is medical, pharmaceutical or clinical advice. We do not tell you what to store, how much of it to store, how to prepare it, or whether any of it is safe or lawful for you. Those questions belong to a doctor, a pharmacist or the supplier who gave you the vial, and none of them are us.

Nothing on this site is a claim that a product is fit to store a medicine, or that it will preserve anything kept inside it. When we publish a number — a slot diameter, an internal volume, a hold time — it describes the container under stated conditions, and we say where the number came from. It is not a statement about what happens to the contents. A fridge case does not cool by itself. A cooler holds a temperature for a stated time under the stated conditions and no longer.

What you keep in our products, and the conditions that thing needs, is yours to get right. Follow the storage instructions that came with whatever you own, and the directions of whoever supplied or prescribed it. Where those instructions conflict with anything on this site, the instructions win.

Using the site properly

Do not order from us for resale as medical or pharmaceutical equipment. Do not describe our products as approved or certified for storing a medicine. Do not scrape the site, hammer it with automated traffic, or copy our photography, Slot Map drawings or text for your own store.

Do not order using someone else's payment method, and do not ship to an address you have no right to use.

Our liability

If we get something wrong, we put it right: we replace the item, refund it, or cover the direct loss our mistake caused.

We are not liable for loss or damage to whatever you kept inside one of our products, or for any consequence of that loss, however it happened. We are not liable for loss of income, wasted time, or indirect loss of any kind. Where the law allows a cap, our total liability for an order is what you paid for it.

None of this limits liability the law does not let anyone limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are untouched.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, so a later change never reaches back into a sale already made. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [state and country of jurisdiction — to confirm], and the courts there deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away protections your own country gives you.

Before anyone goes to court, email us. Nearly everything is a packing error, a carrier delay or a misread specification, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
