What we collect when you order, who else touches it, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.

Who holds your data
The store is run by [legal entity name — to confirm], at [mailing address — to confirm]. That company decides what happens to the data described here. You can reach us about any of it at [support email — to confirm].
What we collect, and why
When you order. Your name, delivery address, billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the list of what you bought. We need these to pack the parcel, hand it to a carrier, send you the receipt, and answer you if something goes wrong. We keep the order record because tax rules require us to.
When you pay. Card numbers never reach us. The payment form on checkout is operated by our payment processor, [payment processor — to confirm], and your card details go to them directly. What comes back to us is the amount, the currency, whether it succeeded, the card type and the last four digits. That is enough to match a payment to an order and to issue a refund, and it is all we want.
When you email us. The message, your address, and whatever you attach. Support threads sit in our mailbox so that the next person who reads your case knows what already happened.
When you browse. Pages viewed, referring site, approximate location from your IP address, and what kind of device and browser you used. This is [analytics provider — to confirm], and we use it to see which pages are broken or ignored. We do not build a profile of you, we do not buy data about you from anyone, and we never sell what we hold.
We do not ask what you keep in the case. We sell containers, and we have no reason to know what goes in them.
Cookies
The cookies that keep your cart and your session working are set no matter what, because the site cannot function without them. They expire on their own and carry no advertising identity.
Analytics cookies are separate, and you choose whether to allow them through the banner on your first visit. You can change that choice later in your browser settings, and blocking them does not break anything on the site.
We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.
Who else sees it
- The payment processor, which handles your card and holds the payment record.
- The carrier, which gets your name, address and phone number, and nothing else. It cannot see what is in the parcel from us.
- Our email and hosting providers, which store the data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything of their own.
- Government authorities, if the law requires it, and customs authorities where a parcel crosses a border.
Nobody else. We do not share order data with advertisers, brokers or marketplaces.
Marketing email
We only email you about an order unless you ask for more. If you opt into our list, every message has an unsubscribe link and it works on the first click. Unsubscribing does not stop the order emails, because those are part of the sale.
How long we keep it
Order records stay for [order record retention period — to confirm], because tax and accounting rules set a floor on that and we cannot delete below it.
Support email is kept for [support email retention period — to confirm]. Analytics data is kept for [analytics retention period — to confirm] and is not tied to your name.
If you ask us to delete your account we delete what is not legally pinned, and keep the minimum record of the sale itself.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop using it for anything optional such as marketing or analytics.
If you are in the EU or the UK, those rights are written into law, and so is your right to complain to your national data protection authority if our answer does not satisfy you. If you are in California, you can ask what categories of personal information we collected and who received them, ask for deletion, and you cannot be treated worse for asking. We do not sell or share personal information in the sense those laws use.
Wherever you live, ask the same way: email [support email — to confirm] from the address on the order, and say what you want. We reply within [rights request response time — to confirm]. We may ask one question to confirm you are the account holder, and nothing more than that.
Children
This store is not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a child has ordered here, write to us and we will delete the record.
Changes
If we change this page we change the date at the top and say what moved. If a change affects what we do with data we already hold, we email you before it takes effect.
Questions, or a request under any of the above: [support email — to confirm], or write to [mailing address — to confirm]. The governing law for this page is that of [state and country of jurisdiction — to confirm].
