Contact
One email address, read by the people who pack the orders. What we can answer, what we cannot, and what to put in the message.

Before you write
Put your order number in the subject line if you have one. It is the difference between an answer and a reply asking for your order number.
If the question is about whether a vial fits a case, start with the product page: each case has a slot plan and a fit checker. If the answer is not there, tell us the outside diameter of the vial and we will tell you straight.
What we can answer
- Whether something fits, and what the measurement is.
- Where an order is, and what to do if it arrived damaged.
- Returns, exchanges and refunds — the rules are on the returns page.
- Wholesale and larger quantities.
- A product we do not stock but should.
What we cannot answer
We sell storage and transport equipment for vials. We do not sell, supply or advise on any drug, peptide or medicine, and we give no medical advice of any kind.
That means we cannot tell you what to store, how to prepare anything, how long any substance stays good, or whether a product is suitable for a medicine you own. Those questions belong to whoever supplied or prescribed it. We will not guess, and an answer from us would be worth nothing if we did.
How long we take
One working day for most things. Longer if the answer needs a tape measure and the sample is not on the desk, in which case we will say so rather than go quiet.
